Tracey A. Kinslow is the managing partner with Kinslow Law Group, PLLC and believes in living life to the fullest. This Eagle Scout comes from a wide variety of experiences which influence his legal practice. Mr. Kinslow, with over 26 years of legal experience, has been in private practice for over 14 years. He is also a former in-house counsel and corporate executive with a Fortune 100 company (HCA, Inc.), business and organizational effectiveness consultant (FocusWorks Consulting Group, LLC), and military professional (Lieutenant Colonel – Tennessee Air National Guard, 118th Wing Staff Judge Advocate – Retired).

Mr. Kinslow is a dynamic and innovative leader, motivational speaker, facilitator, mediator, sound business developer, critical thinker, legal advocate, organizational infrastructure advisor, and problem-solver. He has worked with all levels of management in resolving organizational issues and achieving business objectives. This Tennessee native has always “dreamed big” which led him from Winchester, Tennessee to Princeton University (Princeton, New Jersey) where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and minors (certificates) in African-American Studies and American Studies. He obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University School of Law (Nashville, Tennessee). Mr. Kinslow has obtained a certificate in Leadership Facilitation Skills from Development Dimensions International (DDI) and a certificate in Law of Data Security & Investigations, Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) from the SANS Institute.

 

Mr. Kinslow loves working with people and motivating those he encounters to be their best. He has served on numerous boards and his previous participation includes the board of directors for Park Center, Spruce Street Community Development Corporation, Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center and the Stormwater Management Committee for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

 

Mr. Kinslow resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with his lovely wife, Rhonda, and four children (Trinity, Josiah, Ryan, and Hannah). He enjoys spending quality time with his family, coaching his children in sporting activities, motivational speaking, traveling, and watching movies.

Rhonda Scott Kinslow is an attorney and Co-Managing Partner of Kinslow Law Group, PLLC.  She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Illinois.

Mrs. Kinslow brings over 20 years of legal experience having served small businesses, corporate clients, governmental entities and individuals in a variety of civil legal areas.  While practicing law for many years as a city attorney in Chicago, and an associate with Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, Rhonda has honed her skills in civil litigation, conflict resolution, problem solving and critical thinking.  Her desire is to provide outstanding results for her clients in the most efficient manner possible.

Mrs. Kinslow is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and obtained her law degree from Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington, Indiana).  She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government from The University of Virginia (Charlottesville, Virginia).  Mrs. Kinslow is an active member of the Nashville community, serving on several boards and participating in numerous organizations.  Mrs. Kinslow loves working with people and serving her community.  Her community involvements include:

 

  • Board of Directors, Legal Advisor, CABLE, Nashville’s premier women’s networking organization with over 600 members.
  • Board of Directors, Secretary, Spruce Street House of Hope, home for disabled adults.

Mrs. Kinslow currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband, Tracey, and her children.  She enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
